Acceptable Use
Safe customer communication
Only contact customers when you have permission, a real business reason, or another lawful basis.
Honor unsubscribe, STOP, HELP, opt-out, do-not-call, and similar customer requests.
Use urgent SMS alerts only for real urgent or emergency follow-ups. Do not use them for ordinary marketing or bulk messages.
Do not use AeroDesk AI for spam, phishing, fake reviews, misleading offers, harassment, or deceptive lead capture.
Calls, SMS, email, and reviews
Tell customers when required if calls may be handled by AI, recorded, transcribed, or monitored.
Do not use AeroDesk AI to impersonate a real person, falsely claim that an automated receptionist is human, clone a person’s voice without permission, or mislead a customer about who is contacting them.
Do not use AeroDesk AI automated calling for cold sales, political outreach, debt collection, or promotional robocalls. The supported outbound workflows are requested callbacks and approved service follow-ups.
Use SMS and email follow-ups for service-related messages, booking help, review requests, missed-call replies, and customer support only when allowed.
Send the same public review option to customers who receive a review request. Do not hide the public review link from unhappy customers.
Do not abuse demo callbacks, test calls, or support forms with fake phone numbers, fake customers, or repeated unwanted requests.
AI identity, content, and human oversight
Do not instruct the receptionist, chatbot, connector, or internal assistant to hide material facts, invent policies, fabricate availability, create false urgency, or make promises the business will not honor.
Do not represent AI output as verified professional advice or let AI make the final decision on refunds, legal commitments, regulated services, safety issues, employment, credit, eligibility, or other high-impact matters without appropriate human review.
Keep business hours, services, prices, booking links, review links, greeting, transfer details, and emergency instructions accurate so customers are not misled by outdated settings.
Provide a practical human handoff, callback, or support path for complaints, urgent matters, accessibility needs, sensitive requests, and situations the AI cannot safely complete.
Prohibited content and activities
Do not use AeroDesk AI for fraud, scams, extortion, threats, harassment, hate, exploitation, illegal goods or services, election interference, impersonation, deceptive endorsements, or instructions intended to cause harm.
Do not use WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS, or another connected channel to buy, sell, promote, or facilitate goods, services, or industries prohibited by that channel’s current commerce or messaging policy.
Do not create or distribute malware, credential theft, phishing pages, hidden tracking, unauthorized surveillance, or content designed to bypass another service’s protections.
Do not use customer data to discriminate unlawfully, target vulnerable people unfairly, or infer sensitive characteristics for unrelated marketing or profiling.
Do not submit content that violates another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights.
Emergency, regulated, and high-risk uses
AeroDesk AI is not an emergency dispatch service. Do not rely on it as the only way to receive or respond to medical emergencies, threats to life or property, urgent safety events, or legally required notices.
Do not use AeroDesk AI as the sole provider of medical, legal, financial, insurance, tax, mental-health, or other regulated advice.
If you work in a regulated or sensitive industry, you must confirm that your configuration, consent, retention, access, and human-review controls are appropriate before processing customer information.
Stop or disable a workflow when it cannot be operated safely, lawfully, accurately, or with the required human oversight.
Data you should not collect
Do not collect passwords, full payment card numbers, government IDs, bank logins, or other unnecessary sensitive data through chat, calls, support attachments, or email forwarding.
Do not use AeroDesk AI for regulated advice or high-risk decisions without proper human review and required compliance controls.
Do not upload data you do not have the right to use.
Accounts, credentials, and connected tools
Use individual accounts where available. Do not share passwords, authentication codes, private links, or administrative access with unauthorized people.
Only connect phone, email, calendar, payment, automation, or AI tools that you are authorized to use for the business.
Limit connected tools to the data and actions they actually need. Remove old users, forwarding rules, integrations, and device permissions when they are no longer required.
Do not place confidential credentials, full card information, private authentication material, or unrelated customer records into prompts, notes, chat messages, or support forms.
Location analytics and privacy
Use location analytics only for reasonable business reporting such as understanding broad service areas and lead sources.
Do not use AeroDesk AI location analytics to identify, follow, profile, or target an individual person based on where they are.
Do not attempt to add precise GPS tracking, exact movement history, or hidden location collection to the AeroDesk AI widget.
Keep your privacy notice accurate and provide any consent or opt-out required for analytics under the laws that apply to your business.
Platform abuse
Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape private data, overload the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or access another business account.
Do not connect third-party tools in a way that exposes customer data to people or systems that should not receive it.
Do not misuse referrals, Zapier, AI connectors, app alerts, or integrations to send spam, create fake rewards, or move customer data outside approved business workflows.
Do not bypass a provider suspension, create a substitute account to evade enforcement, or use unapproved credentials, senders, templates, or connection methods.
Do not create message loops, repeatedly trigger AI replies, or use customer-facing AI for homework, coding, general research, entertainment, or other work unrelated to the connected business and its customers.
AeroDesk AI may pause or limit your account if it creates security, abuse, spam, or compliance risk.
Enforcement and account protection
AeroDesk AI may block a message, call, upload, integration, request, or automated action when it appears unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, unauthorized, or inconsistent with this policy.
We may require verification, temporarily limit features, pause live communications, suspend an account, preserve relevant records, or contact affected providers while reviewing a serious concern.
Enforcement may consider severity, frequency, customer impact, intent, prior warnings, provider requirements, and whether the account owner promptly corrected the issue.
Nothing in this policy requires AeroDesk AI to enable a feature, location, industry, phone route, or integration that cannot be supported safely or reliably.
