Terms of Service

1. Agreement

AeroDesk AI is operated by Briteapps Inc. These Terms apply when you access or use AeroDesk AI. In these Terms, “AeroDesk AI,” “we,” and “us” mean Briteapps Inc. By using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any order form, invoice, or subscription terms that apply to your account.

If you use AeroDesk AI for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

2. What AeroDesk AI provides

AeroDesk AI provides software for local service businesses, including website chat, AI receptionist calls, Inbox, customer records, summaries, alerts, automations, review request tools, booking link support, email forwarding, referrals, PWA app views, approximate grouped location analytics, integrations, reporting, and support workflows.

AeroDesk AI may also provide demo callbacks, Ask AeroDesk AI, AI connectors, and third-party integrations. Some features require setup, provider configuration, or your approval before they work live.

AeroDesk AI is not an emergency service, legal advisor, medical provider, financial advisor, or replacement for required professional judgment.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your account access, team members, business settings, customer communications, connected tools, call forwarding, email forwarding, booking links, review links, owner callback phone, and the accuracy of information you provide.

You are responsible for reviewing AI output, monitoring Inbox, following up with customers, and deciding when a human should step in.

You must not use AeroDesk AI for illegal, deceptive, abusive, spammy, unsafe, or rights-infringing activity.

If you use customer location analytics, you are responsible for providing any privacy notice, consent, or opt-out required by the laws that apply to your business and website visitors.

4. Customer communications and consent

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your customer calls, SMS, email, review requests, recordings, transcripts, and AI disclosures.

You should only send SMS or email when you have the required consent or legal basis. You must honor opt-outs, unsubscribe requests, STOP replies, and similar customer requests where required.

Your customer-facing SMS consent flow must clearly name the sender, describe the message purpose, explain that message frequency varies, state that message and data rates may apply, and provide STOP and HELP instructions. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase unless the law and the specific workflow clearly allow it.

You must not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

If you enable call recording, transcription, AI call handling, or SMS follow-ups, you are responsible for giving any required notice and getting any required consent from your customers.

AeroDesk AI provides communication safeguards, but those controls do not replace your responsibility to confirm the rules that apply to your business, industry, customers, and locations.

Internal app alerts and urgent owner SMS alerts are for your business team. They do not replace your responsibility to respond to customers safely and lawfully.

5. AI output

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing important output before relying on it.

AeroDesk AI may help draft replies, summarize conversations, classify urgency, suggest follow-ups, and answer internal questions through Ask AeroDesk AI or approved AI connectors. It should not be used as the only decision-maker for emergencies, regulated advice, refunds, legal commitments, or high-risk decisions.

6. Billing and payments

Paid plans, setup fees, subscriptions, invoices, cards, upgrades, cancellations, and billing portal actions are handled through Stripe or another approved billing provider.

Fees, included usage, overage terms, refunds, and cancellation terms are shown on the Pricing & fees page, at checkout, in your plan page, invoice, order form, or written agreement. The exact Checkout total controls.

AeroDesk Pro is $499 USD per month plus $499 one-time activation. Each billing cycle includes 500 AI call minutes, 500 automatic text credits and 1,000 shared social AI replies. A text credit is one SMS segment; longer messages and some characters can require more than one. Callbacks use normal call minutes.

Each optional $99 one-time Usage Boost adds 250 call minutes, 250 text credits and 500 social AI replies until the current billing reset. A business may purchase up to 3 Boosts in one billing cycle. Each Boost is a separate one-time payment, unused Boost allowances expire at the reset, Boosts do not renew or carry forward, and automatic overage charges are not enabled by default.

Social account limits are up to 3 Instagram professional accounts, 3 Facebook Pages and 1 WhatsApp number per business. They share one social allowance and Unified Inbox. Provider approval, feature availability and separate activation are required; connecting an account does not itself enable AI messaging.

One social AI reply means one successfully delivered AI response to one customer turn. Incoming messages, authorized manual replies, failed sends, provider retries and duplicate provider events do not reduce the social AI allowance.

Included paid usage resets on the Stripe billing date shown in your account. At 100%, only the exhausted paid service pauses; Inbox, settings, billing, and other available services remain accessible. An available Usage Boost may add usage until the next billing date, subject to the three-per-cycle limit. It never renews automatically or carries forward.

Referral rewards, discounts, and credits are subject to eligibility, payment status, anti-abuse review, and Stripe or billing-provider support. We may deny or reverse rewards for fake, self, duplicate, or abusive referrals.

If payment fails, access may be limited or paused until the billing issue is resolved.

Contact support@aerodeskai.com promptly if you do not recognize a charge or need billing help. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback may pause service while Stripe and the card issuer review it. This does not remove any consumer rights available under applicable law.

7. Data and integrations

You keep ownership of your business data and customer data. You give AeroDesk AI permission to process that data so we can provide and improve the service.

If you connect third-party tools such as Zapier, Stripe, phone providers, email providers, or AI connectors, you authorize AeroDesk AI to send the needed data to those tools. Those tools may have their own terms and privacy policies.

AI connectors are intended for approved read, summary, and draft workflows. They should not be used to expose customer data to unauthorized people or systems.

Do not connect tools or upload data unless you have the right to share that data with AeroDesk AI and the connected provider.

Website-chat analytics may derive an approximate city, region, and country from request information. Your business location analytics record does not store GPS coordinates or an IP address, and your dashboard shows grouped totals instead of individual location tracking.

8. Account security

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, limiting team permissions, removing users who no longer need access, and telling us quickly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend access, block traffic, limit features, or require verification if we believe an account is being misused or the service is at risk.

9. Setup, activation, and phone services

Creating a workspace does not automatically activate live calls, messages, automations, review delivery, or a public chatbot. Paid access, required setup details, testing, provider readiness, and final approval may be required before your business goes live.

If you choose Self-Serve, you are responsible for completing and reviewing your settings. If you choose Done-for-You, you authorize AeroDesk AI to configure the connected services and settings described in your setup request, but you must still review and approve the final customer experience.

Phone numbers, messaging registration, voice services, email delivery, calendar connections, and other provider features may require identity checks, carrier approval, business documents, supported locations, or separate provider acceptance.

During onboarding, an owner may select an available local US or Canada number. A selection is temporary and is not a reservation or purchase. AeroDesk rechecks payment, setup, authorization, and availability when an authorized AeroDesk admin starts activation. If the number is unavailable, the owner returns to number selection unless the owner expressly allowed AeroDesk to assign a similar local number.

If you use an existing business number, you confirm that you own or control it or are authorized to configure it. Your public number stays with your current provider. AeroDesk creates a private forwarding destination and marks forwarding connected only after a controlled inbound test reaches the correct business. Call forwarding is separate from live transfer during an answered call.

One supported standard local US or Canada AeroDesk number is included with the paid plan. A replacement number is $9.99 USD one time. The first 30-day hold for the old number is included. An optional additional 30-day hold is $2.99 USD only when that separate checkout is available in the app. Releasing a number is free. AeroDesk does not offer toll-free numbers or automatic number porting in this flow.

A paid replacement is purchased only after the business owner accepts the exact fee and Stripe confirms payment. Number availability can change. AeroDesk does not switch or release the old number until testing succeeds and the business owner gives the separate confirmation shown in the app.

AeroDesk AI may refuse or delay activation when required information is missing, testing fails, a provider rejects the configuration, payment is incomplete, or the planned use creates material safety, abuse, or legal risk.

10. Subscription changes, suspension, and termination

Subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout or in the account until cancelled. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and does not erase amounts already due.

An AeroDesk-managed number may be released after cancellation, account closure, or the end of any stated hold period. Releasing it can permanently end access to that number. Your existing public business number remains with your own provider, but you are responsible for removing its forwarding rule when service ends.

If a payment fails, AeroDesk AI may display a billing warning and allow a limited grace period before pausing paid operations. Billing, invoices, support, and payment-update access may remain available while live calls, messages, automations, reviews, or public deployment are paused.

We may suspend or restrict access immediately when needed to protect customers, providers, the platform, or another business; investigate fraud, spam, security incidents, disputes, or chargebacks; enforce these Terms; or comply with law.

You may request account closure through support. Some records may remain when reasonably needed for billing, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling, security, consent, opt-out suppression, or restoration of your account.

11. Ownership, service license, and feedback

You retain ownership of the business content and customer information you provide. You grant AeroDesk AI the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, display, and protect that information while providing the service.

AeroDesk AI and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, software, designs, workflows, documentation, branding, and other service technology. While your paid account remains in good standing, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your authorized business operations.

Do not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or use the service to build a competing product except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, AeroDesk AI may use it to improve the service without transferring ownership of your underlying business data or customer data.

12. Availability, providers, and product changes

We work to keep AeroDesk AI reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, internet issues, provider outages, configuration problems, or events outside our control.

PWA install, browser push alerts, live website widget refresh, email delivery, SMS delivery, call routing, and third-party integrations can depend on browsers, devices, permissions, and connected providers.

We may update, add, remove, or change features to improve the product, comply with law, protect users, or support operations.

Beta, preview, test, or newly introduced features may be limited, changed, or withdrawn and should not be treated as guaranteed production services unless we say otherwise in writing.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AeroDesk AI is provided without warranties that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every specific business use.

AeroDesk AI does not guarantee that AI output, summaries, classifications, booking requests, call transfers, message delivery, provider approvals, review outcomes, estimated value, analytics, or customer follow-up will always be accurate, complete, delivered, or successful.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AeroDesk AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Changes, notices, and complete agreement

We may update these Terms when the service, providers, pricing model, security requirements, or law changes. The updated date at the top identifies the current version, and material changes may also be communicated through the account or email.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, applicable checkout terms, invoices, written offers, and signed order forms make up the agreement for the service. A specific written order form controls if it clearly conflicts with a general statement on the website.

If one part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive that right.
