Getting started with AeroDesk AI

AeroDesk AI gives a local business one place for its AI receptionist, website chatbot, customer conversations, leads, booking requests, and follow-up. Live phone, messaging, and public chatbot features stay unavailable until the required setup and testing are complete.

1. Create the workspace

Add the business name, website, service area, hours, services, and main contact details. This information helps AeroDesk answer common questions without inventing business facts.

Choose self-serve setup if you want to enter the details yourself. Choose done-for-you setup if you want AeroDesk to prepare the starting configuration for review.

2. Choose the phone setup

Choose one of two paths: select a new AeroDesk-managed number, or keep your current public business number and forward calls to a private routing number. The private routing number is not shown to customers.

Selecting a number does not buy or reserve it. AeroDesk rechecks payment, authorization, setup and live availability only when Admin starts activation. WhatsApp stays separate and never blocks phone activation.

3. Teach the receptionist

Choose the receptionist name, greeting, voice style, services, hours, common answers, booking path, handoff instructions, and after-hours behavior.

Keep answers specific to the business. Do not add prices, guarantees, medical guidance, emergency promises, or policies that the business has not approved.

4. Connect customer actions

Add a real booking link when the business uses Calendly, Google Calendar, or another supported booking page. Without a booking link, AeroDesk can capture a request, but it must not call the appointment confirmed.

Configure the website chatbot, Inbox, email forwarding, review link, notifications, and the person or team that should receive follow-up work.

5. Test before going live

Test a normal question, an urgent request, a missed transfer, a booking request, a callback request, and an opt-out. Confirm that the correct public number is shown and that private numbers remain hidden.

AeroDesk should only be marked live after the business details are accurate, required provider checks are complete, and the owner approves the experience.

Use the phone app for daily work

On supported iPhone and Android devices, add AeroDesk to your home screen. The phone app has five tabs: Home, Inbox, Leads, Bookings, and More. More includes Notifications, App preferences, Call history, Customers, Help & quick guide, and Account & service, depending on your account access.

Manage business settings, phone setup, billing, receipts, and agreements in the web dashboard. Mobile alerts need device permission; installation, quiet hours, sound settings, and internet access can affect delivery.

Choose the right helper

AeroDesk AI is the public website helper for current features, pricing, setup, and sales questions. AeroDesk Support gives help inside your signed-in account. Your business chatbot is separate and answers your customers using your saved business information and AI name.

Social messaging is coming soon and requires separate activation when available. Example conversations in product previews do not send customer messages or confirm appointments.
